Electric Touch PETS

Hi,
i just received my electric touch, and find it fantastic.
however i am unable to join http://forum.secretcenter.info/open/
plus i get the followine error message:
Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

I am deadly curious about the mythical PETS setup, and i'm wondering if someone could send me instructions for this.
i can answer any question about the electric touch product if you want proof that i actually own it (how many dots on the dvd for example)
