Electric Touch+ : Question about the pro set-up

Hi Everyone, im all new here.

Im interested by the Electric Touch+.

But before anything, i have some questions and I hope you guys, are willing to help me.

Is there any way to make the pro set-up work on sneakers instead of dressing/elegance shoes ?
What happen if I try to set it up on sneakers/tennis shoes ?

I have heard about a setup called PETS, can someone PM me some details about it, please?
