If you have the means, I would highly recommend the new series "You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment," currently streaming on Netflix.
The restaurant Eleven Madison Park, as well as head chef Daniel Humm, feature prominently.
And there's even a few shots of his wonderful watercolor paintings. The same ones (or else very similar) that I believe are featured on the T11 Eleven Madison Park deck.
I'm not done with it yet (it's only 4 episodes, so far I've watched the first 3), but I have learned so much from it.
Good art can both educate and entertain. This definitely does that.
So, yeah.
