i just downloaded the fallen from e but when i went to watch it and ill type in my password and it says it incorrect then it worked once and did nothing anyone can help.

I've had the same issue happen to me when I was trying to download Bullet, you simply put in the incorrect license.
Submit a support ticket to Ellusionist with the link Mitchell posted, they respond within 24 hours. They don't respond immediately you have to be patient, I know its a drag but, it happens.
