there is an entire book called by forces unseen by stephen minch it has most the card work of this and in a magazine called penumbra he put a effect not in by forces unseen

Met him and spent 2 days with him over a decade ago (Sep. 1999). He was great and did every move in the book beautifully. Strangely, he didn't do any (or many) actual tricks. He just loved the moves.

Fine by me.
