My go to sandwich routine is either Daniel Garcia's - William Tell (it is sorta sandwichy if you think about it) and another one by Daniel Madison of which the name escapes me as I learned it a long time ago from his Dangerous series.

Big fan of Dan and Dave's 'Scoop'. Tons of fun to perform, I love effects that can be presented as a demonstration of exceptional 'skill'.
