My name is Jordy and I am creating this thread for your help. Myself and a few magician friends will be holding a free workshop for deprived children in deprived areas this March, April, May and June. We will be travelling all around Scotland and the North of England holding this workshop. As you can immagine the cost of booking community centres and travel isn't cheap, so I am asking you for help. We aim to give each child a set of sponge balls and a deck of cards. We have already raise £2000 by doing chariety event, however, its not enough. We are looking for generous people and companies to help contribute towards this. I am writing on this forum in paticular as I know how nice and helpful the people here are. It doesnt matter how much you can give as every little helps. We are not asking for money but the objects, decks an sponge balls. We are all students at university so im sure you can imagine money is tight. I don't like begging but please help us, as it is we may need to cancel a whole 2 months and a half of workshops. In return if you are a business or company add a supply of your business cards or leaflets so we can hand them out at the workshops.
