Generation Extreme or Generation X

Hey guys,

For those who have these Dvd's, is there one better then the other or both equally good? The contents of the videos seem to have the same stuff in them expect for a few differences. Also I know how he teaches and I'm fine with that but does one teach better then the other? Thanks
