Penn and Teller have a vegas show.
I think the reveal almost everything they do in some way or another though...
You could just walk the streets and try to find someone-maybe the next big star is still a street performer in Vegas...never know...

Well this all depends on when you are going to be in Vegas in Dec.

I'm what you could call a "Vegas Show Seeing Rockstar"

This is a time where a lot of performers take a break, and there are also special guests at the same time.

I would recommend:

Afternoon Show:
Nathan Burton (Miracle Mile)
Mac King (Harrahs)

Evening Shows:
Penn and Teller (sometimes an acquired taste)
David Copperfield (if he is in town)
Hans Klok (if he is not closed) (so bad its good!)
Lance Burton (if you are into the classics of magic)
Dirk Arthur (if you like animals, ONLY if you are into animal magic)

Those are the ONLY shows I would recommend magic-wise.

Or our house any given day of the week... You never know who will show up there.

Some other great shows just to see:

V (miracle mile)
Carrot Top (luxor)
The Producers (paris)
KA (mgm)
Anthony Cools (paris)

I have a full list of reviews of vegas shows in my blog on myspace.

Any Questions?

Mac King is great! You get to meet him after the show and he'll sign your stuff and greet you. His show is hilarious and it's a small theatre so you could see perfectly. Plus it's very affordable. My favorite magician and most entertaining show I've ever been to.

Lance Burton is overrated IMO. I'm tired of seeing the old stuff. I need something new and not something I've seen hundreds of times before. Maybe it's because I'm a magician. Plus $75 a ticket. It's an ok show. It looks pretty. I'll give it that.

When are you gonna be in Vegas? I'm planning on going out there with a few associates immediately after the semester ends, so maybe we'll see you there.
