Just did so, and I am now getting a "Decompression Failed" error message when I try to download it. This has happened in the past with t11 videos and it was something on your end.

It appears to be working okay for us - so I just sent you a fresh download via email. Give it another shot. If you're still having issues, submit a support ticket and we'll stick with you until all is resolved.
