HELP!!! download (fontaine)

Yesterday I purchased the fontaine download and proceeded to my purchase account. I clicked on the download button and a white screen with the quicktime icon appeared. I left it for about an hour and still nothing had happened. I have attempted this on Google chrome and Firefox with the above result.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Sounds like your browser was trying to load the entire 800mb video and play it - something browsers aren't equipped to handle! I've adjusted it to now force a download even with a regular left click.
