I like Sean Fields more for his magic. I am not as familiar with his mentalism but yes he is good and has a great way of creating effects.

However, "Power Word' by Matt Sconce looks pretty good as does "Universal Impression" by Robert Smith. Both can be found at PaperCraneProductions.com

Cheers!

I'm just getting into close up Mentalism and want I want sounds exactly the same as what you want... I've got technique by Matthew Mello, which I think is very good. Also I've fallen in loe with the bonus effect the 'billet tear'. I know I'm literally just starting mentalism but this has worked very well for me so far, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be using it a lot.
Universal impression also seems very, very cool.

Any stuff on NLP and the psychological side would be great though... I'm (still) intending to get some Luke Jermay.

thx for the site, any help on a good induction (rapid)

Have a look at Reality is Plastic by Anthony Jacquin. I only came across this recently, and it's really good. It's aimed at the beginner in this kind of thing and teaches a load of good impromptu hypnosis techniques, as well as some background on what hypnosis is and why it works. The book also comes with a DVD which shows the techniques in action. He posts over at the Magic Cafe, so if you've got any questions about it you could probably get in touch with him there, which is useful.
