Help with the one handed shuffle.

When I separate the twp packets in preparation for the shuffling action I'm fine but when I push them against each other I cannot get them to mix without help from the other hand. I have tried putting various bends in the deck as Andrei Jikh recommends in genesis but to no avail. Any tips?

If the two packets are lined up correctly. You might just need to mess around with the amount of pressure applied to the packets. Just keep trying and adjust pressure. I know this is not much help but this is a problem I had as well. Hope it helps.
