i have a problem.. about this 360 flip in the skater cut.. i cant do the whole 360 flip.. any advice?? i can do about 180-200+ flip.. the angle and the position of the packet to the middle finger and thumb is right..

Honestly for me, it was all about increasing the power and getting used to the grip with the increased power.
that's my problem.. i try to increase the power but if i do that the pack will fall.. if i decrease the power, it will rotate for about 180 degrees only..
try putting the corner a bit lower down your thumb, there is a little less of a pad, and usually with the right amount of force and control, gains a little more spin! 
EDIT: watch the split spades trailer by DB2, dan doesnt get a perfect 360 spin, you just pull it back in and carry on
