Hy, I'm Dr.cardz, I am a pen spinner known on the universal pen spinning board as Dr.spinz . I have been spinning for nine months. I found out about this art on youtube and decided to try it. I roughly know the scissor cut. Please tell me what are some good decks for beginners like me. This is totally different from the pen spinning world. Also, does this website have a shout box?

Standard Bicycle Playings Cards would be good enough.

Standard bicycle card will get you started. Only after you are comfortable with several flourishes will there be a difference. You may want to experiment with fanning powder as well as un-powdered decks. Stick with standard bikes to begin with and then move into other cards more suited for the types of flourishes you select.
