A few years back, I started a small project where I collected the horror stories of every famous magician I could think of.

What I did was ask for a small piece of advice and if they'd like to share some of the terrible experiences they've faced.

I'd thought I'll share it all with you today. Its worth a good laugh. I find Dan Harlan's "Cheese Magic" story the craziest

Perhaps I should update it and add more people (Maybe the t11 guys would also like to pitch in?)

Also, this was previously in PDF format but I can't seem to find my converter just now. I noticed the pages need to be cleaned up and pages organized. If theres more interest I would definitely do the editing. Let me know what you think.

Great stories you have compiled there from some incredible magicians. My favorites were easily Michael Ammar's story and David Regal's story: "Can I shuffle the cards"? I held out the deck to her and soothingly said "Of course you can..." Then I clutched the deck tightly and spit out "...ON THE DAY I DIE."

Really made my day to read those stories =)

Glad you enjoyed them Jim.

After re-reading, I realized theres a few stories missing. Time to go e-mail hunting....

My personal favorite is the David Acer + Sanders magic special.

HA! My favorite ones were Curtis', Dan's, and Simon's. I actually know Bobby from Curtis' story. He's an amazing bar magician. If any of you go to Honolulu, check out the Ala Moana hotel. There's a bar on the 36th floor called Aaron's and that's where Bobby works. Ask for Mr. Magic.

Let's get more people to reply.

I would love to hear Wayne's story at least! I'm sure hes had a few crazy experiences. Remember the redneck in Stigmata? That gave ma big chuckle.
