How many trick from the DB special will be up for sale?

After watching the special there are definatley some tricks that I would like to learn.

The matchbook trick
the face on the dollar.
the dissapearing deck
The instant thought of card flipped over by spectator
and does anyone know if exile is gimmicked or can it be done with any pen and quarter?

Hey which trick david blaine performed that it is on card fictions by Pitt hartling? it says on murphys magic, that he performed a trick from that book :)
