While searching the Internet I found a couple of forum posts that stated there are four volumes (books) of the "Pallbearer's Review", I have three on order(used) and the description read "volumes 1 thru 10 (3 books)". I'm getting volume 1-4 and thats what I was searching for, but can someone tell me how many volumes there are and IF there is a fourth- what don't I have coming?
