I need help remembering a specific trick which includes a Denny receipt

I used this trick a while ago and can't put my finger on it.
I don't remember the magician NOR the trick name, however...It used a packet of cards containing, Restaurants, Main Courses, Drinks, Deserts. Can anyone give me a clue as to the name of this trick or the Magician who built it ? Thanx in advance, Terence

I found it... LOL the Dennys receipt and other packet cards are actually an extended version of Tony Averdi's Magic Die.
