Is Through and Through Still For Sale?

I saw this thread about Dan Hauss' trick: https://www.theory11.com/forums/threads/through-and-through-by-dan-hauss.17220/ where he sticks a needle through his hand. Apparently it was once sold as "Through and Through", but the link to that item in the previous thread is broken. I've searched online and still could not find this trick for sale. Does anybody know where it is available?

Last I checked, which was a couple years ago, Dan still had a few copies himself. I contacted him through Facebook to purchase my copy.
