You can learn it from "Green Magic" i believe, which is the DVD set from Lennart Green, where he teaches his full fism routine if i remember correctly. You can also learn it form Dan and Dave's Trilogy. It isnt a very difficult move to understand the mechanics of, but it does take a bit of practice to get down.

As previously mentioned, I learned this move from the Trilogy, though Green Magic is probably the better source, seeing as it is Lennart's move. This is a very nice move and relatively easy. I would recommend adding this to your sleight arsenal.
yeah the top shot is roughly gone over in dnd colectors, but it will take tinkering. thats where i learnt it
It was originally taught on Green magic (Vol 1 I think) although in my opinion Lennart Green's explanation of this move isn't particularly good. I would recommend learning it from the Tricks disk of the Trilogy, while the explanation is quite short it shows you everything you need to know to learn this move.
the top shot is a good move to get down, but i unfortunantly dont know any real applications for it other than as a reveal or part of an ace production
