What are the restrictions? Where will this be performed? Will you be surrounded? What's your budget?

No restrictions, anywhere anytime fully surrounded. Budget isn't an issue either

Fully surrounded is a restriction. A pretty big one, actually. Most self-levitations use mechanical means to do so, or are very angle sensitive.
