Do you guys know any cool magic shops in Sydney?
If so, can I know the address or near to any specific locations?

There's one in the City, 168 Pitt St, Imperial Arcade (Hey Presto Magic Shop)

and

There's one in Chatswood (Taylor Magic Shop)

I've never been to Hey Presto, but Taylor's are pretty good. The address is
Shop 3, 11 Spring St, Chatswood 2067.
Also, if you don't mind ordering online, and you think Taylor's are a bit overpriced, try http://acekicker.com.au. They sell lots of cards and some magic stuff, and the shipping is good.

Hey Presto has more stock its a smaller shop too. Taylors Magic Shop is larger in size and has less stock....No hard feelings to Hey Presto.... "Hi Garry!" (person who owns the shop)
