Magic Store

Hey guys.

So today I went to a magic shop called Magic Masters at Navy Pier in Chicago. Has anyone been there? So anyways, the stuff there was unbelievably overpriced. FOr example, the D'lite's there were 72$! And a dvd of cups and balls with the regular cups and balls were 91$!

Anyways my question is...How does this store and stores like these make any money? Why do they overprice these products so heavily?

maybe there the only store around and they know people want it and they can make it as much as they want as long as people buy it because no one else is selling it around

you also have to take in mind, that if they are in the Central Business District part of town, the rent for the store should be priced quite high.

and they have to pay for shipping, and they have to raise the price even more for profit.

Most magic shops are a billion more expensive which is the main reason I only go to my local shop if I'm desperate.
