Not if he isn't creating a dependence on his abilities. He doesn't talk to dead people's relatives for them. THAT is creating a dependence. He simply used his weird spirit guide or whatever to know what object a woman had chosen. BIG difference.

I stand by my previous statement. I do haunted magic, but there's a huge disclaimer on my website saying that its for entertainment purposes only. This is to both protect my clients emotionally and myself legally. Callahan didn't think ahead and provide himself with an out.
