Manipulation Decks or Regular Decks

I was wondering, for card manipulation, does it matter if you use manipulation decks or regular decks? And what do you prefer to use?

I am not very good at manipulation I do not practice it enough or know how very much of it is done. But I went to see a magician once... and he has his own custom cards he used. They just had him on the back of them and they were normal but he used them pretty well. I would recommend using normal cards but I guess it doesnt really matter.

use what works for you personally I didn't want cards to look to different so I just use standard bikes and I can easily back palm and produce near 20 cards maybe slightly more.
