I have played with both, and have to say 2 things.

The WOW, well bieng more expensive, is easier to use and almost always works. The ICS, doesn't always work, plus breaks easier.

The second thing is that WOW came out first, and I am SURE that the ICS is NOT independently created. Masuda is the original creator, and I want to support him for HIS creation.

Buy WOW.

ICS is basically a rip-off of Masuda's WOW my advice would be to buy Masuda's WOW.
