Media Submission category bug fixed (in Internet Explorer)

I made a couple of changes to the media submission page which allow you to pick a category for your video.

In the process, it seems like there was a problem in Internet Explorer, which might have complained about your category selection. This should be fixed now!

You should have no more problems uploading your QuickTime, WMV, or YouTube magic/cardistry videos. If you do, please send me a PM so I can take a look at it. Sorry if you ran into any inconvenience.

people shouldn't use Internet Explorer anyways, Mozilla Firefox is the way to go
