Hey need everybodies help again.

I saw the Miller Cascade Control a couple of weeks ago and considering to buy it this weekend. Just want to now about angles and the good stuff. I readed review on it and they say its worth it. The only problem is that how long does it take to be smooth enough for the specators to suspect nothing. Like a week or months. I willing to pratice this move, but just what to know what I'm looking forward with this control.

Also its the DMB spread control the same as the sleight us in Subway?

Hey Nino.

The Cascade Control is definitely a good control, and while others are great, this one's pretty nice. It's intermediate, so prepare to practice. I would say after a good 2 weeks to a month of practice you could pull this off. Even after a week, if you do it on the offbeat, it will fly so fast. There's nothing to suspect, but there is a slight problem. If you don't flourish occasionally while doing magic, it's suspicious. So be prepared to throw some flourishing into there. It can be simple stuff like fans and spreads, even simple cuts.

I like the video because it also teaches the cascade/waterfall flourish. I didn't know it beforehand, so that was great. Dave teaches you how to get a good cascade.

The control itself is an improvement on an older control by Charlie Miller, just so you know. Angles: The right is the best angle, but this can be done from the front of your hands to the right side if you're good. Looking diagonally at the cards from your left is best. Basically, the angle you see in the preview is best.

And yes, the DMB Spread Control is the same control used in Subway. It's worth the price, although I learned it from NR3 and Five.

Hope that helped!

Ian

I flourish during performance. Just simple fans, Spreads, and Charlie cuts if neccssary. Also I dribble or spring( don't know the term ) alot to make sure it "lost" in the deck.

Thanks Ian, keep it up guys.

Yes, subway uses the DMB Spread control, but its taught more detail in the onDemand section.
Prepare yourself, it wouldnt be easy to done at speed.

As for the Miller Cascade control, its very easy. I can say its some "add-on" to the waterfall flourish, u can master its and do it in a feww weeks or even a few days.
Its angle friendly and its just like your doing so flourishes.

Get on with the Cascade Control, you'll use it for a long time.
