I was wondering where I could by the mnemonica book by Juan tamariz cheaply.

You might be able to find it second hand for less than the price on the cover (Generally around $65) but not many people who have it want to give it up for less than that. Watch eBay and the sales sections of The Magic Cafe. There's also a Facebook group called Surplus Magic Exchange that you might see it on some day.

It's currrently out of print so people are charging a premium. Wait six months, I'm guessing it will be reprinted.

That too. I got it from Penguin for $65 which I was happy to pay. This was maybe 6 months ago? Definitely this year after I bought my house in early June.
