My 2 decks that purchased,how can i see my ahipping atatus order status my 2 orders arent appearing

So in the my orders i cant find my Contraband and Green nation deck, it says i dint have an order i have proof of my purchase i just need to know if my placed orders arent appearing into the placed orders section is or not normal plz help
