I did this effect once where someone poured water into my hand and I cupped both hands together and blew air inside and when I pulled my hands apart ice fell out.

Art of Astonishment Vol 3. The method would seem dissapointing but it is magical for a spectator. If you get the series or book for this one effect you will also get an amazing amount of great material.
leaf is such an amazing effect. the reaction is so amazing i don't even mind the little setup

I'm not going to post the description of the effect here for reasons I won't say.
(If curiosity kills you, PM me and I'll tell you why.) However, its just really amazing...Couldn't find any videos of it.
