No, this isn't another, "if i buy" threads.

This thread will adress two topics.

One topic bieng: Theory11 needs more decks of cards. As it stands, they only have two original ones, Cents and Guardians. I am not asking for them to rush the production of some of the cards or anything, but they had S&M, but those went away before I could buy any.

The second topic: I am in need of more Flourishing material. I have Dangerous and the Trilogy... Any other DVDs specifically on flourishing? Thanks!

The above is wierd... and disorganized, but I hope you guys can understand.

Cradle to Grave, Cobra Cut, Generation Extreme, Showoff 3, and The System. I am most likely forgetting some.

EDIT: There is also Xtreme Beginnerz 1 and 2.

EDIT2: There is also the Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes.

As Khazul Ves said basicly....

There are many more resources out there than JUST Theory 11.

Check out all your options, don't just limit yourself to one.

I hope you know that there are more magic shops out there which specialise in selling playing cards :)

Do not limitate yourself. Also, have you tried working on the things you already know, by making them better? Just a suggestion :)

However, you can always by C4 Cap Cuts, Jeff McBride DVD's, and much more which other people may recommend here too!

Alright, I'll be the first to disagree here. T11 does not need new decks. They have plenty of great ones as it stands. I also think they are on the right track in terms of releasing material. They are getting a good balance of material out, though I'd still love a coin basics DVD.

My thoughts exactly. I wish they would venture into coins a bit more. Good thing that totally out of control has a bunch of coins. A basics dvd by Kenner would kick a** tho.

Yeah i think there are plenty of random decks around. There are also plenty of Basics coin dvds around and i doubt CK would bother to make something thats already on the market.

Antartica.
As for decks, I dont care if they do or if they dont. The decks are not that great anyway for multiple reasons that I do not care to go into. I only bought the Centurions because I wanted one for my collection. Only one, and I still have not opened it.

Anywhoo, onto material:

- Show Off 1, 2, 3 by Brian Tudor: If I am not mistaken 1 and 2 have the same content its just 2 is DVD and 1 is VHS. I could be wrong, I only have this on VHS...god I feel old. Good stuff, Tudor sucks as a teacher. Also 3 is only 27 min long, so yeah.

- Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes by Jerry "The Flourishman" Cestkowski: Umm, the bible.

- XB1 and XB2 by De'vo and the Handlordz crew: XB 1 is a dern good DVD, even if I just bought it for Jerry's fanning tips. XB2 on the other hand I didn't really have an interest in before it got released and now after the reviews I am glad i stayed away.

- Cradle to Grave by De'vo: Cool concepts and routine. Got this a while ago and still go back to it time and time again.

- The Cobra Collection: Insane one handed cut that still eludes me. I should pop that back in and give it another chance.

- Zoom, Bounce, and Fly by Jeff McBride: Dont have it, most likely wont ever have it. No offense McBride.

- Extreme Cuts with Keone: Man I hated this DVD. Seriously, stay away from this. The one good thing that I got out of this DVD, i am shocked to say, that if you put arm and wrist motion to his "Fa Show" its not half bad.

- Generation Extreme: As much as I hate Tudors teaching I am thinking about picking this up just to see it. I know I will regret it in the end, but I have wanted it ever since it was released. damn you Tudor, you cocky a-hole.

- Lethal by Daniel Madison: I know you can still find it on e-bay and stuff like that. I got it as a download from his site that I put on my IPod. Love it, simple and complex. Teaching could be better but it does not take away from the content.

- The Cap Cut Series including Redapped with Cap Casino: Old DVDs that I never got with a lot of sculpture work. More than that I dont know.

- The System by Dan and Dave: This is the DVD that got me addicted to Cardistry. Without any hyperbole, best flourishing DVD that has been released. Just like the Super Nintendo was the best System ever released...man I feel old.

- The Code by Mattgic and MaXim: only through The Cuso I believe (first link in Websites below) is a flourishing movie. I am ordering this Next month after I pay my student loans and get my bike fixed. Heard great things and I am very excited to get this.

- Fans, Flourishes, and False Shuffles by Richard Turner: So as great as Richard Turner is, I mean seriously God like with a deck of cards...I am not getting this DVD. The fans look terrible and over all the material can be learned from better sources. But I do highly recommend his double signed card routine, great palming techniques in there.

- The entire Card College Series (1-5) by Roberto Giobbi: Gotta know your cards if you are going to handle them. Great investment, just like the encyclopedia.

I know I am forgetting some like Darryl's but I might not remember them for a reason, just don't know.

Websites with great tutorials, forums or products for Cardistry:

http://www.thecuso.info/
http://www.superhandz.com/
http://www.decknique.net/
http://www.justflourish.de/
http://www.dananddave.com/

Again I might have missed some but that is all off the top of my head. Once you are through with that list, I am sure more material will be out there.

That being said, just make up your own material. That is the hardest but biggest, and most rewarding goal in what we do.

Happy flourishing.
