Video 2 has finally been release for the New 2013 Magic for Magicians Series!

To learn more about the series and see the first video check out the first thread http://forums.theory11.com/showthread.php?38837-New-Magic-Series!

Video 2 ~MS Card Switch
The idea here is creating a new way of removing and placing cards without a deck while keeping your hands convincingly empty. This is a very powerful system that was inspired right here on the Theory11 site! It can be used in many ways which allow various astonishing vanishes that all appear different but use a common unique baseline idea that continues to evolve. I am presenting this for magicians to enjoy and break down so they can learn new ways of doing their magic in their own way using never-before-seen material.

My method allows single cards and more to transpose, appear and, vanish invisibly and only your creativity is the limit!
It truly can become an entire routine on its own! I turned the Mileti Switch into the MS switch, Spirit switch and, MORE!
This one is too fast to only be watched once!

The Magic Effects & Tricks in this series are by me (Rian Mileti). Everything contained in the video is real and uses no camera edits or effects so it is possible for you to do it. These performances have been created for your enjoyment without the use of spectators or actors because the effect is what’s important. These effects are designed to be extremely deceptive and powerful so they inspire you as well as give you new ideas to use in your own performances as a magician. If your solution is different from mine that's fantastic! You have created your own unique solution to Magic.

I'm not making commissions or being paid. I am simply making magic for all of the magicians in the magic community who want to see new magic and hopefully I fool them along the way! I want to push magic as an art forward and to do that new ideas need to be developed and presented so magicians everywhere can create their own unique solutions! These solutions can be different so you as magicians could become the creators of millions of new effects, sleights, gimmicks, methods and, MORE! I do need some huge support from you guys so if you can Share, "Like" and, Send Support my way this project will find a way to continue!

Knowledge is power... If you figure out my effects they can be yours! I do request you add me with the effect but I am only here to help :) The choice is yours! If you figure it out... you do it, commercialize it, share it, claim it, etc... I want the magic community to grow! I highly recommend to any magician working on the solutions to my effects to break them down and look at the options as well as hop online or down to their magic shops to get some knowledge because magic as a whole is all of our inspiration as well... go out and support it ~Rian Mileti

P.S. Video 3 is out now check it out! It is my first larger budgeted trick for this Series… http://youtu.be/wI9pZ4vOHxg
Just remember Nothing Is Impossible. My wish is for everyone to work together and create more than a gift of skill... Let the creativity and ideas explode at a huge scale! Who knows what can be created or what you are reminded of from your own experiences as a magician!

I had a problem with these videos and this sums it up. I clearly am not the target audience.

To develop that thought, there are already thousands of YouTube videos of a disembodied pair of hands doing card tricks set to music I don't like. The redundancy aside, I could get a similar, but better experience by practicing my sleights in a mirror while playing some Peter Gabriel. At least then I could sing along to Solsbury Hill.

I have seen so many videos nearly identical to this one, that one more is not going to change my mind. I have a Twilight Zone boxed set sitting on my bookshelf right now, and I've seen every episode in it at least 3 times. And thus far, I've seen no reason why I shouldn't watch them all a fourth time instead of trolling YouTube for card tricks with techno music.

Thank You WyattSB I have more on the way :)

Steerpike I am making Magic for others not advertisements to sell my creations. I have live performances of these tricks but I have no camera man so it's truly difficult to get a good shot from someone who volunteers to hold the camera. I do agree I have seen very many anonymous hands on Youtube but on that same note I don't remember seeing any new things those hands did aside from some good flourishing videos (they are few and far between). I don't speak during the videos I let the magic do the talking. So, if the music is not in your taste I encourage you to hit the mute button and let your favorite music flow into your mind as you see the videos. I hate for your different tastes in music to stab your enjoyment of the video you watch. My videos aren't dedicated to simply being a commercial about how I do magic. I am wanting you take a look through my eyes and hopefully set back with something new. I leave the interest in your hands. My vision is to bring others ideas that they can use by posting the original magic I do for a living.

Some people possess talent, others are possessed by it. When that happens, a talent becomes a curse. ~Rod Serling(Author of The Twilight Zone)

I am a fan of The Twilight Zone and being average and ordinary will never cut it for me. If I can't create a great effect that kills my audiences I won't post a video about the trick. If it kills you as well that's a plus but I want originality and creativity all else aside. If it takes me some time to make a fantastic trick that's me at fault not my curse.

Then I'm still not your target audience. I don't give a damn about the mechanics of magic, I want theater. This is not theater. And you're not going to win me over by expounding on the premise. No amount of explanation is going to change the fact that this is not the sort of thing I want to see. I want to see audiences. I want to see the human element.

Apparently, you've got some people who like this kind of thing and are subscribing to your channel. Good for them. If you've found an audience for these videos, then keep making them for those people. Don't waste your time trying to convert me.
