New to Flourishing- What to Practice

So I have been doing cards for quite a long time. Basically, my question is where I should start. Much of what I'm finding on the internet is quite hard for me. Been practicing these flourishes for about 3 weeks now, and I'm still not even close to getting them. Any suggestions?

I would suggest picking up Genesis. Which can be found right here on the sight. It teaches all of the basics and teaches some cool flourishes which aren't too hard.
