The more you do the one hand shuffle... the more your deck will "die"...

This is one of those moves that affects a lot the life span of a deck.

the other moves are: the Le paul spread, Pressure fan, the one handed shuffle and under pressure.

That is a common misconception. If you're doing these moves right, the life span of your deck shouldn't be affected.

Your cards should never be bending as much as Lepaul Spread, other wise you have some serious issues with just doing a one-handed shuffle, probably grasping the cards too much just to accomplish the waterfall. I've been doing one-handed shuffles awhile now there is no reason for decks to be "dying" so to speak. EASE UP! Remember the mechanics of doing a two-handed riffle shuffle. The waterfall(bridge) does not take much force to get going. It's all about finesse.

Cards are supposed to be bendy and not stiff, its just the healthy process of breaking them in...

Don't be afraid, just go for it with an evil grin.

Haha yeah true that,

learning to do pressure fans, card springs, waterfalls and lepaul spreads for the first time will definitely destroy the deck, but they won't destroy them if you do them properly.

one hand shuffles are actually really good for a deck, as long as you switch the direction of the weave and bridge every other time to not get a big bend ... it breaks in the edges and the finish really well.

Agreed with Trash.

It really is one of the better flourishes you can use to break in a deck that doesn't actually involve much bending.

A light pressure is enough to get the waterfall finish going.

actually i like to do the one handed shuffle the same way everytime, some moves can only be done with your deck a little bend, and no move suffers from it so..
