i have just got pandora down but i still need a ton of practice any tips to master this flourish and also when im flourishing by myself i do pretty good but when i do it in public or on camera i can't flourish as well why is that?

Sometimes when i practice, i use a metronome....
it may sound like it would be overdoing it, but once you have gotten a flourish down consistently , its much easier to get smooth.
Make sure you arent doing the opening slow, and then the second part(crabshack?)really jerky, or something like that.....
Its a common things to have nerves when performing in public, and it soemtimes puts a hinder on your skills, The only advice i have for this is practice....

Practice is the word everyone will recommend you take focus on, and I will not differ. But, if the word practice comes about a little too vague, I have one suggestion. Instead of just practicing at home, whether in front of your camera, your mirror, or just to yourself, daringly practice in front of others. As time passes, it will become a second nature for you to perform cardistry in front of someone taping you on video, or just pleasing the crowd with some flashy flourishes. Last, but definitely not least, practice some more.
