Panic/Exit 51

I read somewhere that these two can be 'combined'?

So I just want to know that if I purchase Exit 51, does that mean i can used the gimmick in Exit 51 AND the gimmick in panic to eliminate the angle sensitivity? And is the handling of Panic changed at all? ..is it still possible to perform Widespread Panic with minimal changes?\\
