Currently, theory11 does not accept PayPal payments.
Through PayPal's Virtual Debit Card feature, however, you can create a virtual debit card, which should work as a payment method. Although, this method had yet to be proven to work.

Like outlined by the others, not at the moment, but I've spoken to a staff member and he said that it's not out of the picture for the upcoming months.
