Penguin Magic Downloads

Hey guys,
I was just on Penguin Magic, and a while back, I bought the million dollar knot, and it was saved in my penguin magic account. However, I put down the loops for a bit and decided to take another path, but when i wanted to relearn the knot, the video was not there. Is there anybody that can help me with this cause i really want to get back into loops? Thanks

Well you can usually download the video and they usually give you a set time to do that. So it has probably expired i guess you could contact them

Wouldn't it be a better idea to contact the Penguin staff, rather than to ask forum members here?

Just a thought.
