Performance videos

Hey folks,

I wonder if there exist some performance videos of people, like those of the theory11 team, doing magic? Not training videos but actual performances. On Daniel Garcias Projects, he show a performance before each trick. But I'm looking for a whole video just of performances. Like David Blaine's Street Magic special.

It must not be of people in the theory11 team, but it could be. I'd like to hear about anybody other than David Blaine actually.

There's Dan White: The Supernaturalist(t11 team) , Criss Angel: Mindfreak(not t11 team) and Cyril Takayama: Simply Magic(not t11 team) . That's all i can think of for now

Of course there are other street magicians out there with lots of videos on the web, Dynamo, and Cyril Takayama are two of the most prominent.

You've probably heard of Derren Brown he has some great stuff online as well as Keith Barry who does a little bit of street magic/ mentalism.

If you want to get into some lesser known magicians on youtube you can find Penn and Teller's "Fool Us". I believe those episodes are pirated some of the time so you may be able to check out the BBC website and find old episodes.

I hope that helps, as far as theory11 artists go I subscribe to Patrick Kun's youtube channel as well as Calen Morelli's. If you haven't already checked those out they are great as well.

Thank you both. I didn't know about Cyril Takayama, and yeah - there's lots of great performances by a lot of great magicians on youtube and vimeo, and I guess that's where I'll have to keep looking for more

Also you might check out David Copperfield's Illusion DVD. It is all performance. It's a good way to get aquainted with Copperfield's work.

theres millions of derren brown on youtube, but it is more mentalism than your usual magic stuff. but it is very entertaining

i guess this is slightly different kind of magic than usual. but i think you might enjoy these ^_^
