Chappy Brazil's Watch Steal DVD: Chappy Brazil
The Legacy DVD: Mark Raffles
On the Spot: Gregory Wilson
Professional Stage Pickpocket: Ricki Dunn
Ravel's Theatrical Pickpocketing: Paul Butler
These are the resources I own and recommend. I learned a lot from them. I'm still not quite comfortable doing the more daring steals such as belts and neckties, but I've been able to lift wrist watches and wallets pretty easily using the techniques shared within the sources above.
I would strongly recommend AGAINST any Nicholad Byrd and James Coats product on the subject. Although they've received semi-positive reviews for their pickpocketing DVDs, I just feel they're careless performers with messy technique. Their methods, in my opinion, are poorly orchestrated and unmotivated. Byrd and Coats manhandle their spectators without any sense of direction and use contrived misdirection to clumsily lift desired items. I don't think their DVDs on the subject do the art of pickpocketing any justice.
