Is it possible to download the podcasts so that you can listen to them on your ipod?

I found out of it, I had Quick time plug in so when i pushed mp3 the only thing that came was a new window with the player.

Of course! If you RIGHT click on any of the "MP3" buttons here, you can click Save Target As (or Save As) and save those sound files to your computer. You can then transfer them into iTunes (drag and drop) and sync with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.
