Ponta the Smith's vanish

I think Ponta uses a dollar size coin, but does anyone do Ponta the Smith's vanish with a half dollar reasonably well?
I can't get the coin to stay in the proper position for the initial vanish (hopefully doesn't get deleted for exposure, but we know that the coin doesn't actually vanish).

Also can it still work well if people have sweaty hands?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Cant see how it wouldn't be possible with a different sized coin, maybe slightly harder, I'm not sure about American coin sizes.

Sweaty hands I think may make certain aspects of it slightly harder, and others easier. If you have to you can moisturize and take good care of your skin to help with this.
