Problems With The Bottom Deal

So i am new to the Card Table and just wanted to learn the bottom deal. I used the foundations video By Jason England.

AS he described i am on the 1st Erdnase grip. The problem is that whenever i Try to buckel the card the deck slips and my grip gets messed. When i buckel the bottom left corner of the bottom card pushes my thumbs flesh and displaces the deck from the original position.

Any Help is greatly appreciated !!

Practice more. Everyone that just started with the bottom deal has these problems. Play around with the position of the bottom left corner (assuming you're right handed) of the deck at the base of your thumb. Holding the deck higher or lower in your hand might also help you.
