When/if will the Propaganda deck become available again?

As of right now no one knows. I do remember JB(the CEO of theory11) saying somewhere in the forums that they are currently in the process of making v2 of the propaganda deck. They're changing some things with it and making it better. But as for the actual release date, no one knows.

I see a few on ebay every now and then. Maybe you could grab one from there. The prices on it are not too high.
