I agree with you - Extreme Burn 2.0 is easier, you have a lot more changes to choose from and you can hand out the bills at the end...but I think both effects are great, though

Honestly bills are different, in my country every bill is longer than the other so i cant do it =p

If you're in a country with different sizes of bills, (I'm in the UK where all our bank notes are different sizes) you can always change blank paper, magazine clippings or lottery tickets to bills - That's what a lot of people are doing over here!
