Lately I've been reading up on the punch deal. It seems like a really good idea (which Marlo's performance confirms), but I still have some questions I haven't found aswered yet. No. 1: How reliable is it? In his performance Marlo calls the hand he'll deal himself before dealing. But what do you do if two of the cards you want follow each other directly? After all, you won't know the value of the second card and deal it to somebody else.
Does anybody have some experience with the punch deal and can help me out here?
