Hey guys, I recently just bought something from here and when I completed the order it sent an email, but did not show up on my profile. This means that I can't access the video and watch it. If possible, could you tell me what I did wrong so I can fix it? Thanks

Did you order a object? If so, it has a code you can type in once it reaches your house.
