Can you only do a 1 card revelation specifically the Ace of Hearts only?

Yeah, it depends on what set you get. If you are only doing one revelation don't get the Saunders effect, just go with a single Sharpie. The great part about the Saunders effect is that you can do multiples. If you don't plan on doing multiple reveals save your money and just get one.
